The Rochelle Storage Company provides winter storage for boats, RV's, cars, campers, vans, trucks, pop-up campers, trailers, and all manner of self contained articles. In the summer we store snowmobiles, snow ploughs and the odd holdovers from the previous season. We even have limited space for motor homes and goose neck trailers. Mechanic services for winterizing boats and other maintenance can be separately contracted. Operating since 1992 we offer the very best storage available.

	Inside — $4.25 per running ft. 25 ft. to 35 ft.
	Inside — $4.49 per running ft. over 35 ft.

	Outside — $2.85 per running ft. under 25 ft.
	Outside — $2.95 per running ft. 25 ft. to 35 ft
	Outside — $3.75 per running ft. over 35 ft.

Cars	Inside — $79
	Outside — $49

Mechanic	$60 Per Hour

Oversize Width Premium	8.1' - 8.6': 10%
	8.7' - 9.0': 15%
	9.1' - 9.6': 25%
	9.7' - 10.0': 30%

Spring Storage Withdrawal

Weather conditions, the configuration of our building, the variety and concentration of the platforms stored make it difficult to move vehicles early in the year unless they have been positioned for early withdrawal. So unless special arrangements have been made you can retrieve your vehicle on and after the second Saturday of April.

Minimum Storage Charge

Our minimum charge is for a storage period of 120 consecutive days; thereafter the charge is calculated on a day to day basis.
